Can you spot/photograph from a level or two underneath level 13 of the multi storey car park?.I was wondering about this as i’m planning a trip over some time in next april. If it happened to be raining would i be able to stay on level 11/12 without being moved on?

That’s good news that you can get shots from there & not be moved on!,as Ringway Sam says level 13 is to be changed,so it’s nice there’s somewhere else to go.

Don’t think you’d get moved on, there’s hardly anyone there! Passer bys in cars do give you a few doggies, mind.
Might find a few piccies on this here: http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=60954

I’ve heard in a few months that the roof will be closed for spotting as it under goes constructions, weather this is true or not I don’t know. One thing is true is that the shop and food place will be moving to T1 arrivals, I haven’t a clue why!
Shame… I love that shop. Food stall I don’t care much for, but what kind of construction are they looking to do? I know it’s far fetched, but an expansion towards the T1 area would be great.

For arrivals the Terminal 3 Multistorey car park is very good too, as long as you have a modestly good lens.

Indeed you can!
As Tom knows, one of my favourite spots for apron shots is on Level 10. 🙂
