Manchester – 23rd August (Condor 763)

You must of been there at the same time as me!!! If you seen a guy with a black hoodie and green trousers on that was me!! Lovely weather you had there in the afternoon, got soaked 😡 . Great pics by the way 😀 .

It was DE083 on a planned fuel stop.

This flight calls in at Manchester when the wind is in the wrong direction because Las Vegas – Frankfurt non-stop is a bit marginal, even for a B767-300ER. 😉

MAN is a TCA base so there are no problems with handling agents, etc.

Why was the Condor diverting?

Thanks for your kind comments all! I think the Dragonair went around because of the Cathay Pacific. but it puzzeled me too! but great photo oppatunity, the controller must of seen me and decided to give me a nice shot! 😉

Also just remembered a British Airways made a go-around because came intoo fast and high, it was the shuttle flight from Gatwick.
