Manchester again – and an unusual event…………….

Here are a few from this morning at Ringway….the weather, typically enough, has improved a lot since I got home. 😡

1) A320 TS-INF of Nouvelair.
2) A watery salute for a retiring Virgin captain making his final trip.
3) Another view of the salute.
4) A318 F-GUGF of Air France. An interesting size comparision with the B737-700 parked behind it.

Enjoy……… 😀

Virgin 747 classics are due to be gone by spring.

They’re leased from Atlanta anyway right?

None – G-VSSS and her “sister ship” G-VBEE both belong to Air Atlanta, even though they still wear the full Virgin scheme and operate Virgin flights from Manchester.

Great shots. Would have liked to been there for the water salute.
