Ahem….. I’ve allowed this thread considerable latitude up to now, but can I remind you all that this isn’t a spotting Forum as such?

I think that we have to draw the line when it comes to swapping registrations, etc, so please bear this in mind in the future.

Thanks

REQ Please

Not sure If I am in the correct part of the forum to ask this but as you all seem to be LBA Spotters would anyone be able to tie up this flight please.

LTE 907 seen ex LBA in HYDE, Tameside area on 17 November 2005

I Thank you in advance.

I live 9.5 miles on 024 approach from EGCC and have not been able to see anything at all for 2 days now due to low Vizz. Acft usually at 2,000 – 2.500ft over our house.

Hopefully when I wake up at 6am LHR & LGW are fogbound and Divs are up in the North.

Cheers.

Anyone know if theres a freight flight tonight into HUY. If so where will it Go??

There is due to be one. The airport website gives no info about if the flight is running. If it is diverted(more than likely), I would have thought it would go to DSA since there is perishable fish onboard. NEMA might be another option as I think Icelandair have a weekly cargo flight there

EGAC and EGAA were mad yesterday. They kept swapping for arrivals for a while with City only getting clear of fog after midday.

Rachel Stevens was on the 0640 Dep from LHR to BHD. She went to land at BHD and then due to fog had to divert to Belfast International. She was not happy!

LS232 just graced MAN’s tarmac = was doing practice CAT 3 landing here, so at least that crew may not need to divert again for a little while if they are rostered to fly in whatever aircraft they are in currently.

Having looked at the TAFs and STAFs for around the country, tonight and tomorrow could be “interesting”! The BBC forecast shows the fog south of Birmingham covering almost the entire southeast and spreading to the west to a bit past Bristol and a large chunk of both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to be fog-laden until well into the afternoon (the forecast only went up to 3pm).

The weather was absolutely terrible up at LBA, at least both FR -800s, the Herc and one BA ERJ seemed to be still there, the Tartan BA and Herc both at Multiflight, couldnt see anything else cos of the fog!

Looks like LBA might have had just the one casualty today so far, the Eastern from the IOM has “coaches” down on the LBIA arrivals board so assume its gone elsewhere.
