With my new 70-300L IS USM arriving last week i thought id take a trip to manchester, also with a big thanks to karl for showing me around and lending me a set of steps :D. and gotta say im sooooooo pleased with the lens. I took 296 shots in all but the head ons were my fave so thought id share them :).

What a fabulous set of photos Chris. Like them all inc. the An -124 even though i’ve never been a fan of Russian aircraft – wouldn’t feel safe on one!

Very very nice indeed Chris, but I think the first 777 photo is the best for me ! always think the size of those engines is so impressive at that angle … nice one !
