I want to go to MAN. I’m long overdue a trip there!
You donβt know the meaning of βOverDueβ
I do find I can use slower shutter speeds with the 70-200L than I can on the 50-500. It certainly is one hell of a lens, but you already knew that.
Oh Shut upβ¦β¦β¦ :diablo:
I have a 100-400L IS here just itching to be used and it hasn’t taken anything other than random photos of my cat yet!
Give it a rest.
Nice work as always Lance, looking forward to some more of your shots from MAN. π

Yes, when does the restraining order expire? :diablo:
When I get some damned money! π

To be honest, I’d like to go out even in weather like Lance had. I have a 100-400L IS here just itching to be used and it hasn’t taken anything other than random photos of my cat yet!

No dig intended, if so, sincerely accidental. π
I’d have meant it. π

It’s a Challenger 300, Martin, and we strongly suspect that it’s MAN regular G-UYGB sold overseas.
Nice, I did have a look on most of the popular sites for the reg but couldn’t find it anywhere.
A quick look on the CAA G-INFO site comes up with this…
Potential change of Registered Ownership in progress
Explains all now π

Looks like someone else had a simialr day to me. Although I must say yours have come out a lot better.
The Met Office do have a very funny idea of “sunny intervals” I must say!
As far as shutter speeds go, i cant really afford anything less than 1/250 thanks to the blur I’m getting at the moment, and being moving aircraft at LHR. So expect some noisy shots when I’m finished editing tonight!

At 1/80 second and 1/100 second respectively, hand-held at 200mm
That’s pretty impressive! I do find I can use slower shutter speeds with the 70-200L than I can on the 50-500. It certainly is one hell of a lens, but you already knew that. π

Any more to come? π
At 1/80 second and 1/100 second respectively, hand-held at 200mm, you’re lucky to have these! π
Thanks for the kind comments, chaps. π

Nice shots Grey Area, I do like that biz jet. Is it from the Hawker family, can’t find any trace of it on the net.
