Vicky – would rather have been at an RAF base to be honest. My mate was driving and he prefers civvy, but en route we drove past (or very close to) Waddington, Wittering, and my personal favourite base of Cottesmore.

Still – I had a good day, but don’t think I’d do it again in a hurry.
