Manstons future

I am a keen fan of Manston (seeing as i live very close) and have been monitory it for many months. The airport is steadily picking up with more and more cargo services. LTE airways operates kent escapes charters and as of next year monarch and cosmos will soon start a transatlantic service.

I am interested in finding out more and knowing what knowledge people have of the airport at the moment ??

thanks sam. 😮

We already have a big thread about MSE that you have posted in, so i’m sure it would be better to continue conversation in there.

Welcome to the forum, by the way. 🙂

I have only ever visited MSE once, long before EU Jet started. Back then their was only 5 check-in desk and a really cheap canteen that looking like something from a school lol. I don’t know if the airport is still like this or if any work got done for EU Jet stating-up a few years ago?

Btw about EU Jet, I notice they are still advertising in Glasgow. Why the hell are EU jet still advertising their flights from GLA to MSE nearly 2 years after the route was axed, and where are they getting the money from to do the advertising considering they don’t exist anymore? Are they advertising anywhere else in the UK?
