Mark Hanna – Red Arrows?

I have recently obtained a copy of Ray Hanna’s fantastic book on the Reds! Does anyone know if Mark Hanna had any desire to fly as part the Arrows or was he too busy with his other display work as well as flying the F4 during the week?
