Hi all,
Just curious but over the weekend I was helping out at my sons Scout camp at Dalby forest in Yorkshire. On Sunday morning we were buzzed by a tiger that circled over giving us all a wave. A glorius sight and a scene straight out of a 1930’s “Boys Own” annual… A glorious sunny day, the canvas Scout tents being buzzed by the old timer.
I didn’t get the regd or a picture as I was busy at the time but it was Maroon with silver wings and tail feathers. The only tiger moths I can find with that livery are based down south.
I am just curious if anyone knows which aircraft it was (seems there are several in that livery), as we all thought it was great stuff.

Thanks Propstrike, that looks like the one. I thought I saw an L as the third digit.
Why do I never have my camera ready when I want it!!

Paul Gliddon lives near Goathland, and his Tiger sounds like a good candidate.
