Hi
Today the Kent Battle of Britain Museum completed the Heinkel 111s camo paint finish on the main fuselage and wing routes and in doing so completed the overall paint scheme for this aircraft.
They have done a terrific job when you consider that they only acquired this aircraft just a little over 2 months ago, also taking into account the work force hasn’t been at full capacity due to the lockdown, with only one volunteer able to work for the majority of this time.
The Heinkel was acquired from the Imperial War Museum at Duxford

Fantastic work, how nice to see that colour after all those years. Looking forward in seeing more of this restoration.
