Mechanism to self screw up Military A/c or Equipment

I always wondered .. is there a inbuilt mechanism to remotely activate to self destruct or screw up any of the military equiments sold to other countries by the manufacturer countries…. I mean If the country you sold to become hostile to you then is there a way to remotely (satellite linking) to make it ineffective

Are these kinds of design exist ?

I read that France helped UK to blunt some EXOCET missiles used by Argentina during Falkland war…. Also Some of the Iranian F-14’s where sabotaged by the US technicians before the Iran revolution…

But these are all manually done… Is there a GPS / Satellite control stuff to do this… :confused:
