I think a bit of photoshopping to change the colour, dress him in a cloak – et voila! Daft Vader.

If I can help to repatriate your spats, PM me. We have a UPS account.

Thanks Guv, my cousin is going over in about three weeks and can bring them back for me (along with the bottles that didn’t fit in the plane!)

BTW the plane flew very well. 25 hour check now!

I knew that photo reminded me of someone…

Anyone else remember Roger Ramjet?

The look on your face when my very good friend Pascal Poivey offered you calvados FROM A FIVE LITRE BOTTLE at 9 am was priceless. The look on the Swedish Chef’s face when you accepted was almost as good. no wonder your face was red.

BTW you are right, I am a tart.

But I am quite good at it!

Glad you had a good time.

Melv, you’re a tart of biblical magnitude.
Thanks for the ‘treatment’ on Saturday AM.

PS I told you we’d could have taken Carol home in the car leaving space for the spats in the aeroplane.

Doesn’t Bridget wear the large pants when he’s out and about, or is that just limited to screen appearances??! 😀

That is a thought I really did not want this late in the evening.

It was good to see you there Willy. It was quite funny as you took a photo of me doing this yourself without realising you were standing next to Bridget, MikeJ and Papa Lima.

I think, it is a new type of crash helmet recommended for pilots of American built vintage flying machine. It reminded a contraption once promoted by AJ.Foyt.
By the way, this protective equipment was displayed for the first time yesterday before lunch time.

Because of the brake problem I had to leave the spats there. Is anyone driving from La Ferte to England in the next few weeks?

MikeJ, Papa Lima and Bridget couldn’t bring them as the car was full of Mike’s cameras.
