Just noticed that a Messerschmitt BF109E has been registered in the UK as G-CDTI to Rare Aero Ltd in the Channel Islands. Anyone know who owns it or it’s history?

Quite annoying that the Search function risks being disabled due to silly requests like this.
At best, I would think it better to put a topic along the lines of “AIRFRAME TYPE/REG – REQUEST” – as I, along with many others, clicked on the thread expecting to see fairly helpful/new information come up from someone in the know, instead of a question which surely doesn’t do a great deal in a 5 year old thread.

I knew no good would come of the Webmaster fixing the ‘Search’ database. 😡
“Leave well enough alone” I said.

I know All of TFC’s aircraft are Patina Ltd. Any new news on the 109 anyway?

Historic Aircraft Collection Ltd also have the same address. So its probably a firm of solicitors or accountants holding the company accounts

im not completely sure who owns it, but this aircraft was recovered from India. Do a search on the forum for indian Me109, hopefully that will help to answer your questions
