It’s definitely a Meteor F.8 screen built, as Blue_2 says, by Armstrong Whitworth at Baginton. AW built a lot of the Mk.8’s and were well placed later on to build the NF’s, too.
It’ll be an unused spare; there are a few knocking about.

The S4 is Armstrong Whitworth and the G5 is Gloster
Could be F.8 as some were built by AWA

AW did build some single seat Meteors. Reckon this is from a Baginton built F8.

I always get excited when someone mentions a Meteor windscreen – as two of my Wyvern screens were originally thought to be from a โMeteorโ ๐

WillL not the same as G-LOSM, I have had the good fortune to fly in it, that aircraft has a D/V panel in the port side of its screen.

T.7 has D/V too I think?

It looks pretty much the same as the windshield from G-LOSM

could be from a NF11
Not NF11, 12, or 13. These have DV panels.
NF14 has different shape.

Looks like III/IV and F.8. I think others had a DV window in the port side.
