Mexican AF needs

Has everyone here noticed the short artical in AFM magazine about the inability of mexico to properly equip its AF?Im starting to get very ticked off at the american press and US officials who contiually ask what mexico is doing to counter the drug problem.I think they forget that mexican drug cartels are intirely financed by the US.Mexico does a pretty good job of provideing services for its people considering the vast majority are very poor and pay little to no taxes.Thats not to say their system is fair or not corrupt, but atleast its not like Argentina where foreign investors wouldnt trust their bussinesses/government with a wooden penny.Remember Biff whos says that the US is a benevolent country who shares its wealth with the less fortunate?Well what are they doing to help mexico, considering they have a trillion dollar budget surplus? On that topic, does anyone remeber how much congress opposed aiding colombia for fear that theyre creating a repressive military government?Indeed latin america must change their systems to be more fair and less contolled by the rich, but how much should US demand that if aid be given?
