MH53 Pave Lows

Not often we see these machines up this end of the country. Was ‘working’ away when I heard someone talking to ATC to say they were in for a fuel stop. Thought nothing of it until I saw a Pave Low fly past the office window. Grabbed my camera bag and hot footed it up the road to get some pics.

Another two Pave Lows appeared. Unfortunately on startup, one had a problem and was delayed for approx an hour.

Anyway on with the pics (best out of a bad bunch).

Light was poor and the wind was gusting 30 knots+, so was surprised I got any decent shots. Still great to have an understanding boss since I was out the office for 90 mins.
