Microwave hardening

hi all, a paper published by the USAF thats available on the Global Security website thats all about these microwave weapons everyones talking about that will apparently used to wipe out Iraqi electronics something that made me curious is that the paper says the only USAF systems hardeded against microwave emmisions are the F-16 and the LANTIRN, this seems odd to me because wouldn’t this mean the F-16 would be the only manned attack aircraft capable of delivering microwave weapons and staying unharmed by it. Does anyone have any thoughts or answers on this?
