This would be used to shutdown C4I, IADS, etc…., and used in conjunction with other assets, to provide synergistic effects.

It’s a AAM with a HPM warhead (aka e-bomb). The “blast” radius is much larger than with a conventional warhead, but the effects are very frequency-selective.
