so as far as I know
1,100 mig-23ML/MLA were built of these 560 were modified to MLD status
in addition to this 500 Mig-23P were purpose built for PVO and seperate from the 1100 ML/MLA built ?
and 1,000 mig-23MF were built earlier
are these numbers accurate ?

Could be. Considering there was 5000 built in total. I had no idea so many of these beasts were produced.
