Mig-29 questions & RC400

Sorry for the basic questions

Would Russia allow Mig-29M/35 to be built using the EL2052 radar and armed with Python Vs for a order of 40 aircraft or would it have to be Russian made equipment all the way?

If Russia would allow the Israeli radar to be used would Russia need to give the codes to Israel to fire the AA-12 or AA-10 missiles?

Would Russia allow the buyer to chose the RC400 radar or better French made radar so the MICA IR and radar guided missiles to be used instead of using Russian made missiles? Again for a new order of 40 Mig-29/35.

Is the RC400 radar smaller enough to be used in: Mirage 5/50, Kfir, F-16 A/B, Mirage F1-C, Yak-130, or Su-39. The web site said it could be used on many aircraft but doesn’t list.
