Is this picture of the MiG-29 taken inside the Beijing Flight Test Center? If so, what is the Fulcrum doing there? Looking for expert opinion. If this picture was taken inside China, I assume it may be a used plane being used for baseline comparison tests. Picture posted by Santa in the CMF. According to Santa, the guy’s name is Sha Chang An, head of the flight test center.
