Mig 29M/M2 is it in service yet?

Just wondering if it is in service or still being tested?
Seems like a very accomplished design to me (i know the F22 F35 is better blah blah blah).

I have checked , production of first fighter due in 2010 , so well away from service.

Still a great fighter though.
