MiG-29S A/G capability

Interresting picture in the February issue of AFM…a Byelorussian MiG-29S with a Kh-25ML underwing. Is this weapon compatible with any MiG-29S? I wasn’t aware of any upgrade for Byelorussian FULCRUMs, so it would seem to reason that the MiG-29S does have the capability to use guided A/G weapons at first glance. Until now I had assumed that any “stock” MiG-29S in the FSU had the same A/G capability as any other FULCRUM in service in the FSU, albeit with an increased payload capacity.
