MiG-29s for Venezuela? Israeli weapons for Peru?

Anyone took a look at this months AFM? Venezuela is rumored to be negotiating purchases of MiG-29s while Peru has modified their Mirage 2000’s to carry Israeli ordinance (there was a sweet picture of it too)
