MiG-31/25PD vs F-4E

In a 1980’s central front scenario it would not be impossible for the MiG-31/25 who were designed to defend soviet airspace to run into F-4E either acting as escorts or conducting fighter sweeps

What are the chances of them surviving against F-4s ? assuming they stay to fight and not use their superior performance to escape
will there missiles AA-6/9 be effective against the NATO phantoms? esp. if fired in salvos complicating the countermeasures of F-4s
