Mig-31 (All versions) Production Run.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
I need to find out how many Mig-31s were produced since the aircraft was designed. On both Global Security and FAS, they mentioned a hundred and fifty aircraft had entered operational service by the late eighties. However, neither websites mentioned how many aircraft eventually entered service with the Russian Air Force.
Another thing both websites reported was an deal between China and Russia to supply 24 airframes to the PLAAF. Apparently another 700 airframes were to be built under license in China with 200 Mig-31s in service by 2010. This isn’t the first time I have heard of such a deal but never with such numbers involved.
