MiG-31 vs F-15A/C

This is a comparison of the 2 machines set during the cold war era, mid to late 1980s ( i.e before the AIM-120 was available)

Certain points that I can add

as a dogfighter there is no comparison, F-15 wins at all levels

long range BVR combat, R-33 and AIM-7 are both SARH missiles

R-33 may have a longer range than AIM-7 , but unsure if that is also true for fighter sized targets

R-33 can be fired at four different targets but can they be fired at one target e.g a F-15 to increase the pK ?

Interms of situational awareness but have great radars , but which would be more resistant to jamming ?

Mig-31 is purely an interceptor so the most likely scenario would be Mig-31 vs F-15 as an escort fighter.Will the performance of the Mig-31 allow it deliver slashing attacks with BVR weapons and disengage at will ?
