MIG-31BM Foxhound

The MiG-31BM is an upgraded version of the original MiG-31P. I have some questions regarding this aircraft. I know it carries the AA-8, AA-6, and AA-9 missiles and it will soon be equipped with the R-37. I also know it can carry the AA-12. I have also read information stating (and seen the pictures to prove it) that it will be armed with the AS-17 Krypton and AS-11 Kilter missiles. I have several questions. First, will it carry the anti-radar or anti-ship version of hte AS-17 or will it be able to carry both. Second, the source stated that the AS-11 is an air-to-air missile. I thought it was an anti-radar missile. Is there a new version out? Answers to those two questions and commentary on the MiG-31BM or just the whole Foxhound series would be greatly appreciated.
