Mig vs Sukhoi:PAK-FA Design

Although Sukhoi won the 5th Gen/PAK-FA competition against Mig PAK-FA design.

But one of the reason Sukhoi won was it was cash rich and could fund the program before Russian Govt funded it and over all Sukhoi had a strong financial base compared to Mig which went bankrupt.

But did Mig came up with a better Gen 5 design and lost because of financial reason ?

Can we dissect Mikyon PAK-FA design compared to Sukhoi from the little information available at paralay website

Is this perhaps the same case like YF-23 loosing to YF-22 , although YF-22 had a better merit in design and overall performance.
