Mig29-k

Ok guys, with the Groshkov deal with India a done thing along with the Mig29 – k how about a new discussion on this aircraft. Going by various reports the New K will be different and far more advanced than the one tested a long time back. How will this aircraft stack up against the Rafales , the F-18’s , F-14’s etc.
No one is expecting it to surpass the Rafale . But will it be anywhere near comparable?
What was the exact number of Mig-29’s ordered with the Gorshkov 26 or 40? Are the Indians just stalling the Russians the fact being that they didnt want the Mig-29 k in the first place but were strongarmed into buying it.
Maybe they just dont want to go in for new numbers cause of the NLCA and maybe they are eyeing the Rafale to.
Will the ADS be capable of carrying the Rafale?
