Does anyone know of any photos of this particular aeroplane whilst in RAF service during WW2?
Thanks,
Charlie

Thanks for the info Andy.
I’ve been tasked by my father on behalf of a friend of his in Australia, who had a relative who flew the Monarch during it’s wartime service, and who I believe is builing a flying model of the said type. At the moment we’re just trying to trace a photo of any of them in their wartime guises. Your info may help in narrowing down the search.
Cheers,
Charlie

Charlie
Four Monarchs were impressed into RAF service.
They were:-
G-AFJU became X9306
G-AFJZ became W6462
G-AFRZ became W6463
OO-UMK became TP819, with 24 Sqn. Later back to G-AGFW and then finally OO-UMK again.
Which aircraft are you thinking of in particular?
Cheers
Andy
