Miles Master Recovery – Shropshire

Does anyone know what became of the wreck of the Miles Master recovered in shropshire many moons ago?

The aircraft was lost on 10 April 1941 with LAC J T Carr.

I think the wreck was displayed at Cosford for a while. Does anyone have photos, or know where it is now? Or are ther photos of the “dig”?

Apologies for bringing this old thread back but I would be very interested in any details on this recovery and sight of any available photos of T8827’s rear fuselage.

Kind regards,

Tim

the engine belongs to the Master also. there are a few more smaller parts on display but i just stuck with the big lumps.
