Just to clarify regarding roman weapons:

Gladius is the sword, and it’s also the exact translation
Pilum is the spear
and.. if you want, scutum is the buckler (either round, ot rectangular in shape)

The only other thing I can think of that was special about the Ki-61’s engine is that it was a license prodeuced version of the engine that powered the Me-109.

Oh, and the other place Napoleon was sent to was Elba. I really should learn to read the question more thoroughly!

Marston Moor was a turning point, but the decisive loss for the Royalists was elsehwere in the following year.
