Minimalist aeroplanes!

Excluding Rogallo wing microlights, powered parachutes and the like, can anyone come up with a more minimalist aeroplane than the Breezy in the attached photograph?

I believe the Cri-Cri is the world’s smallest twin engined aircraft, if anyone knows different please let me know.

Certainly agree that the Breezy is a minimalist aircraft although it is not a small aircraft when you are standing next to it. As the thread drifted slightly to small aircraft, the Colomban Cri-Cri is right in there and it has two engines!

As soon as I saw the title of this thread, I thought of the Breezy! It’s something that just sticks in the mind.

How about this one?

But I guess not for this one seeing as it is an ultralight.
