Mirage 2000

Hallo!

As usual I am looking for information on payload-range, this time on the Mirage 2000. I couldn’t find anything useful and believable on the internet, especially no source citing range with particular payload & profile.

If anybody knows, some further questions:
– Am I right that M2000-5 and -9 are dedicated multi-role variants?
– Is Dassault still actively marketing the M2000?

My impression so far is that the Mirage 2000 is the more reasonable solution for small air forces compared to EF2000, Rafale, MiG & Suchoi. The F-16C may come close, but Mirage offers simpler and lighter aircraft without giving up too much performance.

Opinions anybody?
