Mirage 3 upgrades

Hello all, What would you consider to be the best upgrade for the Mirage 3 aircraft-Kfir, cheetah, Rose?
I am not talking numbers here, as there are over 200 kfirs and only 70 some cheetahs, but what would you consider to be the better plane?
