It was on our local Anglian news this morning that an F-15 from Lakenheath lost it’s chaff pod on the way back to base, reputedly somewhere along the Suffolk coast.
Naff reporting, as their images of the bad guy showed a KC-135!!!!
Before you set off in search of this souvenir, it was stated that on finding this nasty piece of work, do not attempt to use your mobile phone to call the authorities as it could set the thing off with dire consequences, really, do the experts have anything to say about this?
