Details the story of the discovery of the remains of a Wellington bomber in the Waddenzee East of Ameland island (in Dutch) during a search for three 19th century vessels sunk in the area. No confirmed ID on the exact aircraft yet, but the location corresponds with a known Wellington loss that still has one of the crew members listed as missing, on the Runnymede memorial. Interesting to see how this story continues.

The most difficult aircraft to identify. Process of elimination would be the best thing to do. What type engines, props, tailwheelfork, guns etc.
But very interesting nonetheless.
