I have many photos of said gun sight and have used them to make a drawing for a model project. However, I have not been able to find any information on the exact size of the sight. Can anyone provide me with a dimension, any dimension, which I can use as a reference to properly scale the drawing? TIA

The diameter of the largest portion of this MKIIS sight measures 4.305″.
