Hi
Here are 2 photos from my model collection regretfully last night the cat from next door came in as we were having a BBQ and smashed nearly all my models off their display board their were about 30 and only 4 are still undamaged π‘ π‘ π‘ π‘
First is Bucc XX885 sadly this model got attacked last night so needs fixing today π‘
Second is a model of XL321 the Victor at Yorkshire Air Museum I got this last weekend at Waddo and thankfully this one never got broken.

Had a good luck at everything today and its not as bad as it looked.
That Bucc model just needs a new fuel probe and the u/c doors sticking back on again.
Thankfully an F-86 model that has a fair bit of sentamental value is undamaged so thats nice π
Their are quite a few that just need bombs or little bits stickign back on etc but their is a Sea Harreir that cost Β£11 and ruinned and I only got it 3 months back.
Anyway if anyone is intrested I will post some more photos once everything is fixed up again.

That Hunter looks awful in the photo π
Thankfully she looks a lot better now.

Sorry to hear about your models Andrew. π Hopefully they are not all beyond repair?
Ive seen that Bucc model at work lately and have been very tempted by it, as well as the Royal Navy sea blue Bucc Corgi do.
I picked these two beauties up today for bargain prices! The Vulcaon was only released in the UK yesterday.

Neilly, ‘A minor set back…’ Goodluck, that Mossie looks superb…
Andrewman. If you give Corgi a call they have a ‘parts’ department who may be able to help replace some missing parts. Its a free service and the lady that runs it is extremely helpful π I’ll try dig the number out  if not give directory enquiries!
Good Luck π
I managed to smash the U/C on my Hunter g11 so be intresed if they can sort parts for that.

Papa Lima I got the C.D. today thank you for that I have been enjoying that today so thanks again.
Thanks everyone for the reply’s here it seems to be a bad weekend for model planes hope you can fix that Mossie soon neilly.
Will have to start fixing all mine tomorrow I have had a good look at them and most just need a good hour each to get them looking nice again.
Anyway I have been telling my cat it is to patrol the garden and if that cat from next door shows up then chase it off π
I have treated myself to a Vulcan K2 model today so that should be here soon to replace 2 that are 2 ****ed up to save.

Models.
Hi Andrewman.
I’m very sorry to hear your news.
Cats and large scale model ships are a constant hazard here.
Well one cat anyway.
I once saw her jump over a model of the USS Hornet without disturbing a single plane on the deck.
I quietly moved the model to a different location after that.

Hi Andrewman,
I know what it’s like to suffer this sort of damage. I’d just spent a whole day spraying my Mosquito wings, when a sudden gust of wind blew the right one, over. Most disconcerting π‘
Cheers,
Neilly

Hi Andrewman
Shame about the damage. I wonder if we could get a stand like that for the full size XL231 i dont fancy trying to pick her up though. π

You have my sympathy, andrewman!
It would be the cat from next door – no doubt if you have a cat of your own you have trained it to keep off the models. I’ve had two cats and trained both.
IKEA has a nice line in what we call “vitrinskΓ₯p”, glassed-in bookcases, I suppose they are.
As some consolation, you should receive my photos on CD soon.
