Modernizing the RusAF?

According to Jane’s Defence Weekly, the only new Russian aircraft to be accepted into service since 1994 have been:

5 Su-30’s
1 Tu-160

and get this: 3 Su-35’s

Anyone know anything about this? And does this mean the -35 is still to be procured? The only new aircraft I can think of that are definitely being purchased are An-70’s, Su-34’s, and Su-39’s.
