There were no spilling misteeks in his comment. Is your nut numb, by any chance?

I couldn’t possibly comment without a solicitor present! :p

I get on in life by working hard, learning my craft, attention to detail, not speaking out of turn and working at getting on with people.

I am firing the Callaway big B irons and woods. The ping are good as they can be re-sized as you go along and grow or shrink depending on your age. I have played in many of the medals but I do not know any Alan Gilfillan. Have you played Sutton? Well do you have lessons, im playing in the wind tommorow so well lets just hope I play well.

You can’t resize this years “A” blades as all of the irons are carbon-fibre shafted , I ordered them through our local golf superstore ( Nevada’s) and had to wait 6 weeks for them , I have tried the Big Bertha drivers , not impressed , I was given a freebie from the PGA rep and had to hand it back , they gave me a new one which I promptly sold on Ebay.
Never played Sutton , have played a few of the courses in the Derby area thats how I know Alan , ( organises the PGA car lease scheme ) , never had any lessons but have played with Stephen Gallachers Uncle , Sandy Strachan , who is the Pro at Bathgate.

Melv they would not function without me, and you appear to use this forum just to complain, leave me alone for Hells sake, don’t talk to me.

For once you should grow up, and do not question me or tell me what to do.

Ruprecht. It was you just a few posts ago that accused Steve and I of nit picking. I answered that, as is my right. You also seem to have worked out how I got on in life. This is completely wrong. I have done more in my life than many people get to dream of and I count myself very fortunate but it is done out of hard work and application. That is part of growing-up, something I have been doing for many, many years.

You say I use this forum just to complain but I seem to remember answering some of your questions and still getting ‘Ruprecht the expert’ coming back at me.

Don’t pop at me just because you are in a mood young man. Also do not call me Melv. My friends call me Melv. You can call me Mr Hiscock.

R. before you preach to others about leaving you alone maybe you should refrain from insulting people for no reason. I feel slightly miffed that you have not insulted me in the past as I have not been slow in trying to point out your errors and misconceptions. You always seem to insult those who offer you advice this is not big or clever it just makes you look even more ridiculous

Thats why I made a spelling mistake,

Just the one?

but Steve and Melv get a kick out of nit picking, they just cant help themselves,

No, we have a sense of humour and a sense of the absurd. As we have explained to you before now, you don’t say funny things, you make a fool of yourself. There is a difference.

its how they get on in life having a go,

I get on in life by working hard, learning my craft, attention to detail, not speaking out of turn and working at getting on with people. I even tried with you but it was a waste of time. By the way, I have already got on in life, you are still on the first step. The first step is a long one if you insist on staying in the gutter. Apologised to Kev yet?

maybe they should take over as Captain for me at my Golf club.

They let you in?

Hmm I reserve judgement on the course , I play off nine , and have only just got back playing as physiotherapy for hand and leg injuries . I’m also a member of a local club too as well as The Glen , just purchased a set of Ping “A” blades but am currently using a mongrel set of Dunlop Powermax’s and Dunlop metal drivers . What do you fire yourself and have you played any of the Medals at Sutton ?? , heard of a chap called Allan Gilfillan ??.

Nope , Melv and Steve are intelligent , eloquent and funny PILOTS , they offer good advice but they do give a nit some good twit kicking . 🙂

That is NOT a real Golf Course , real courses are invariably Links courses with a permanent force 5 gale straight in your face , Turnberry and both North Berwick courses are personal favourites ( I’m a member of The Glen ) , what do you play off of by the way ??

I see it now. It’s a grammatical error. He meant to write “It’s a joke-numb nut”. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, but it’s more fun than dropping your ice cream cornet on the floor.

A joke numb nut as opposed to a real numb nut?

It was a joke numb nut 🙂

Not sure if this is an improvement on being called a prat, as he has done to both Kev(?) and myself in the past.

R.

This is the second thread in succession that I’ve read where you’ve lowered yourself to issuing direct personal insults. I suggest you read the Webmaster’s post on forum rules, sit quietly and have a little think, and then come back to both this and the helicopter threads and amend your comments.

Steve

Steve, you are expecting Ruprecht to act like a growed-up. C’mon!
