Hi folks,
I’m due to travel on Monarch’s A330 soon to SFB and wondered if anyone has any experience of their service, or especially the Premium Cabin?
Does anyone know what the IFE is like in Premium at all? I’ve booked it kinda 3rd party through Thomas Cook Holidays, yet its a MON flight. It was useless asking the travel agent, they just kept saying how nice it was!
Any info appreicate.
Cheers!
🙂

Monarchs premium cabin is a bit of a con. The seating pattern is 2-4-2, which is standard fit for any scheduled airline operating A330s – so you can imagine you are flying Emirates economy!
Mytravel A330s Premiair cabin has a 2-3-2 layout which means lots more seat width. The economy cabin on both Mytravel and Monarch is 3-3-3 so you will have a little extra width than those behind you – 3-3-3 is just too tight. Legroom is increased and you will get seatback PTVs. Monarch website has more info.

im not sure of the exact spec of the Monarch premium cabin, i am aware it is not as good as the likes of first choice and thomas cook. There is PTV’s but again im not sure what the choice is like. You will get increased seat pitch and width of course, along with upgraded meals and complimentary drinks.
