More 1943 Lancaster crash relics:Can you identify them please

Here are two more salvaged parts from a Lancaster that crashed in 1943.They were recovered at the time and stored away, hence the condition.The tubular piece has a moveable brass collar.It is about 8 inches long.Can anyone (like the experts who identified the last set of pieces I posted) tell me what they are and where in the aircraft they came from?

Definately a hand turning gear shaft from the merlin engines. The upper part, does it have any part numbers or anything on it?

The shaft is the hand turning gear extension from one of the engines.

the long tube reminds me of a flap part, seen one before and its bugging me, Experts along soon or are they all at Legends !
