Reading your post on Peter’s thread Chris, G-EZYR took off a few minutes
after G-FIJV Atlantic Electra landed.
So, you are on G-EZYR?

I think Ren was traumatised by the idea that Matt might have paid for a round, actually! 😉

LOL!! Well it was EZY244 that was due to leave at 1940…..but it ran late as it didn’t get on the stand until 1930!
Ren – you mean a beer with Matt? Or should I say Magners! 😉

Chris, I don’t have an easy ‘737 at 19:50.
(my camera clock may be out?)
I’ve only got G-EZYS and G-EZYR before and after 8pm.
I might have missed your ‘plane, I was distracted a few times… 😮

I them went on to meet Dean Cross 4c and we enjoyed a few beers in the terminal!
Ye gods !!! Did you get a photo of this rare event ? 😀 :diablo:
Seriously though, I had to work yesterday after all, but wasn’t it a great afternoon for snapping ? I may be there on Sunday for the model collectors fair at Ingliston showground though.

Gerry – yeah they switched to 06 departures about 1630/1700…I didnt realise who you were you until you left – sorry about that mate! Let me know if you snagged that EZY with your camera! Be nice to get a pic of the 733 I was on
My EZ733 left about 1950 in the end – I have never been on an aircraft that taxxied so damn fast! Talk about a hurry! Even when we landed at STN they took the first high speed turnoff on 05 and rocketed to the terminal like an RAF Tornado! LOL
Hello Again Peter – did you get many shots in the end? Nice to meet you guys. I them went on to meet Dean Cross 4c and we enjoyed a few beers in the terminal!

BTW Chris, what time did your easjet take off at (Airbus/B737)?
I was over at the other side of the airfield taking evening shots from 7pm until sunset.

Here are a few I snagged at EDI this afternoon – that damned fence there needs slightly bigger holes!
😮
Now there’s a co-incidence… It’s not often I pass by in this forum, then to find
Mr CWBalmer posting EDI pics. That was me with young Peter and Iain.
You picked a nice day to pass by Chris!
Looking at the Centralwings, did the runway swing from 24 to 06?
Cheers
Gerry
