The base plate and folded aluminium construction is pure Anson Mark 1 aerial, when compared to one I have, but there does appear to be a modification to the top of yours as referred to above by 682al.

The aerial is nothing like the type used on the Anson XIX and the earlier Marks had one which tapered to a point, which yours doesn’t.

Walrus is a possibility, but it was found inland. Not impossible of course. We did have an ASR Walrus at Andreas.
