One of the daily rags had a bit about AMRAAMs and F.3s disagreeing with each other some months ago – “yet another defence procurement scandal” etc. etc.

Thank chaps, yes the F3’s were landing back after QRA duty, as you can see they are fully loaded with live weapons.
I noticed the ASRAAM’s but what gives with the Skyflash missiles? What’s happened to those nice new AMRAAM’s the F3 was supposed to get, or have they disappeared in the latest round of defence cuts?
