Throttle control boxes

Two throttle control boxes.
The one with the trim wheel is Oxford. The other has the magic letters HP stamped on it.Could it be a Victor quadrant?
The other three photos are a mystery.

Perhaps the Victor one could be a useful briefing-room training aid at Bruntingthorpe……!!! :diablo:
