Mosquito DZ739 Stanstead Abbotts but where/who

Hello,
Im currently trying to find out what/where/who happened to
DZ739 a Mosquito NFII which stalled and crashed in Stanstead Abbotts on 31 August 1943. I assume it was 85/157 flying out of Hunsdon but until my trip to Kew (or find someone that saw it) that is all the details I have. If anyone has any further details or would like them if I found out more please contact me or add to this thread

I visited Kew all of 157 Squadrons records are missing from ~may 1943 until 1944 the only thing I could find was that the pilots last flight was on the 28th then they vanished off the records. I have been advised that Hendon is now the place to look.
